Chevi has been with PHC for one year and one week and it is one of those cases where I cannot imagine why he hasn't found his 'forever' home. Everyone who meets this boy tells me what a great dog he is - happy and sociable with people and other animals. He is a great comrade to fur buddies of all sizes and I don't believe that anyone has ever seen any aggression from this lad.
 
He especially loves to be included in the family activities such as drives in the car and bush outings. Chevi is in his element in the water and will swim and splash about with other dogs with something close to glee...It is hard not to laugh at his exuberance... He is also generous with his affection and would repay love with interest.....

Of course there is always at least one quirk - Chevi will need a secure fence as he doesn't mind taking a wander when he is at a loose end... He usually finds himself some new friends in nearby yards...

RIGHT NOW -- Chevi needs a place to stay as we need to move him (as with so many other dogs at the moment). School holidays always present us with the biggest challenge of the year as several of our carers go away...
