Daisy - Something to Smile About...
 
Her life has improved considerably since she were taken into care two months ago. SHE WAS NOT SMILING THEN!!!! She was emaciated, frightened and had the saddest face... we heard tales of neglect and starvation from several people at that time. (A complaint to the RSPCA by a very concerned neighbour previously had failed to bring about a change in their circumstances.)
Now, just two months later, she is a very different dog. She is happy and healthy and has thrived on the attention and love she has been given by Monica. She wants to please and is so grateful to have been given a better life. She even looks like she is smiling when you see her relaxing around the house.
 
This beautiful dog is such a gentle and placid animal which amazes me.... dogs can be so forgiving.
