Frannie was bailed out of the pound along with her brother. She is a beautiful Bull Arab X with maybe a bit of Bull Terrier.
 
She is very cute with her freckled ears and is so enthusiastic about life. Frannie is more outgoing than her brother and is inquisitive and loves to check things out.
 
Frannie gets along with other dogs and loves people.
