MAVERICK...... A False Start...
It was only a month ago that we advertised little Maverick and he was adopted immediately...
However, it hasn't worked out as the little man has proved to be too energetic for his new owners so he is looking for a new home... Maverick is a Blue Heeler so he has all of the attributes of one of Australia's best working dogs... He is VERY clever and can work things out quickly but he is also a very active fellow... Without regular exercise, he becomes bored and amuses himself by digging and barking...

With the right mix of exercise and training, Maverick could be a very loyal and entertaining companion. He is smart enough to respond well to some basic work with commands and rewards. We would like to find the right owner for the little man the second time time round so it would be good to have someone who has a bit of experience with his breed.....
