Oscar Was Over The Moon...
 
Oscar is a big lanky boy and, after his initial elation about his release from the pound, he settled down to become a very likeable lad. Oscar was born in July last year so he is still a pup at just eight months old even though his size leads you to think he is older. His parents are both Bull Arabs and Oscar has definitely inherited the placid and friendly characteristics of the breed...

I only managed to take a few photos of him in the car on his way from the vet to his foster carers (Thanks Nicky and family!)
 
It is not often that I get to have two handsome lads travelling in the front seat of my car. My grandson, Sam, has been helping me out over the last week since 'granny' has been somewhat incapacitated by injuries.. Oscar was not content to stay tethered in the back and did his best to stretch his lead to get his head next to Sam for pats during the trip.
 
I think this big boofy dog is going to be an amazingly gentle companion with loads of affection and entertainment to share around.
