Flopsy walked the streets of Cloncurry as an unwanted waif until a resident took pity on him and brought him to the Isa to be looked after by PHC.  He was very timid and frightened for the first few weeks but with the love of foster carers he has come out of his shell and is learning to trust again.  

He has become a big goofy pup with lots of catching up to do and he is loving games with his foster buddy, Maisie.

Flopsy is a big boofy lad but a lovable one - his carer describes him as affectionate and an oversized lap dog!
