The Many Faces of Savannah... Time To Run Free!
 
Savannah has spent quite a time in the pound waiting and waiting for someone to bail her out.. Today was her lucky day as PHC had intended to free another dog but a member of the public was interested in adopting him so we took Savannah instead....

She is quite a beauty with her chocolate patches and a smattering of chocolate freckles over her white coat but her intense yellow eyes are her best feature. She is a strong Pointer X Arab and at about 9 months old she still has some growing to do. Her BIG feet promise an impressive stature...
 
I learned this afternoon that this girl will learn quickly so long as you have a pocket full of treats.... We had her sitting within 10 minutes...I think food will be an important motivation in the training of this more mature pup.... She is also very friendly and fixes her interest you with those yellow eyes when you show her attention...
