GOOD NEWS‼️ Scrappy Doo has already been adopted leaving behind Scooby Doo who will be missing his brother and hoping he will be adopted too. The boys were so well behaved this morning I got some nice clear photos of Scooby Doo‼️🐾🐹🐾💕

"Ta Dadada Ta Daaaa! Puppy Power!"

Meet PHC's two new brothers - these 10 -12 week old American Staffies were bailed out of the pound yesterday afternoon. I named them after two popular cartoon characters - Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo.

I didn't realise how appropriate their new names were until I spent an hour with them waiting at the vet. Scooby Doo is portrayed as a fun loving and lay back canine who is perpetually hungry and loves yummy treats ... CORRECT!

Scrappy Doo is the nephew who is feisty and energetic and dives headlong into any adventure without fear...He is brave and renowned for catch phrases such as "Lemme at 'em, I'll splat 'em. I'll rock em!" Plus the title of this post! ALSO CORRECT.

In no time, these little fellows managed to annihilate the puppy pads and water bowl in their crate. As soon as they were released in the consult room, they were tearing around doing 'zoomies' and had their noses into everything - no fear at all! The same happened when they arrived with their foster carers as they raced about in contagious excitement - totally unphased by the larger resident dog. (Thanks Esther and Pete for taking on these little rascals.)

Whilst they could be a handful, I think the Doo brothers will be entertaining companions with never a dull moment.

P.S. ... I apologise for the quality of the photos... Out of about 50 photos there was barely a handful which weren't blurred and could be used. The boys were unable to contain themselves to the amusement of one and all.
